SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in the Levent Enterprises LLC text messaging program. By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

Program Name: Levent Enterprises Client Notifications

Levent Enterprises LLC offers an SMS notification service to keep clients informed about their accounts and services. This program provides text message communications related to your business relationship with us.

2. Message Types

By enrolling in our SMS program, you may receive the following types of messages:

  • Account Notifications: Alerts about your account status, login activity, and security updates
  • Order Confirmations: Confirmations of purchases, payments, and subscription renewals
  • Support Updates: Updates on support tickets, service requests, and issue resolutions
  • Service Announcements: Important information about scheduled maintenance, service changes, or platform updates
  • Appointment Reminders: Reminders for scheduled consultations or meetings

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and service interactions. On average, you may receive up to 10 messages per month. Message frequency may increase during periods of active account activity or when you have open support requests.

4. Opt-In and Consent

Your enrollment in our SMS program is voluntary. You may opt-in to receive text messages by:

  • Checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website forms
  • Providing your phone number and consent during account registration
  • Texting a keyword to our designated number (when available)
  • Verbally consenting during a phone conversation with our team

By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided and that you consent to receive text messages at that number.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt-out of our SMS program at any time using any of the following methods:

  • Reply STOP: Text STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message from us
  • Email: Send a request to support@levententerprises.com with "SMS Opt-Out" in the subject line
  • Phone: Call us at (307) 403-0168 during business hours

Upon receiving your opt-out request, you will receive a confirmation message and will be removed from our SMS list within 24 hours. You will not receive any further text messages from us unless you re-enroll.

7. Costs and Carrier Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Levent Enterprises LLC does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging fees according to your service plan. Please contact your mobile carrier for information about your messaging plan and any applicable charges.

8. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is designed to work with all major U.S. mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and their affiliates. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy

Your phone number and SMS consent information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information collected through our SMS program includes your phone number, opt-in status, opt-out requests, and message delivery records. This information is used solely for program administration and compliance purposes.

10. Not a Condition of Purchase

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Levent Enterprises LLC. You may conduct business with us via email, phone, or our website without enrolling in our SMS program.

11. Program Modifications

Levent Enterprises LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time. If we make material changes to these SMS Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued participation in the SMS program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
